Alan and I managed to survive the wetest day/weekened in 10 years in our fabulous Coleman 9cv tent. We had to move it in gale force winds and torrential driving-rain as we were getting hammered at our original site right on the beach, but we managed it (and better than the first attempt). Just as the heavens opened and the rain poured we pegged in the last of the pegs for the fly (love & understand the 3000 rating now)!! We were soaked to the bone but laughing (if not I'd have been crying) as the tent was dry inside (thank goodness) and the sleeping bags got us warm again.
I've reccommended the Chatswood store to as many people as I can regarding anything camping or outdoors related as the service was exceptional, they work as a team, give practical advice and from my research, Kanagroo Tent City have the best prices. A really enjoyable experience overall so we'll be back. Thanks again."

Returning Goods
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you’ve purchased online, please contact us at Kangaroo Tent City (02 9630 2888) to discuss your concerns. If required, you will need to organise the return of the goods to Kangaroo Tent City. Once returned, a full assesment can be made and the appropriate action taken. This may be in the form of a replacement, credit note or refund.
Warranty 
All of our products come with a warranty. Tent warranties vary from 1 year to 5 years, whilst certain products offer a life-time warranty. Each product we sell is thoroughly tested and checked before entering the market to ensure we are offering you the best possible quality at the best possible price. Warranties on all products protect you against faulty workmanship. However, warranties do not cover accidental damage, storm damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Repairs to Goods
As an extra service, we provide a repair service for items such as tents, stoves, backpacks and canvas products, and we also manufacture canvas products for special client orders, e.g. Marquees and canvas tarpaulins. All repairs are done on site in our factory at our Penrith store, which means if you’ve got a problem -we can fix it - straight away! There’s no need to waste time and money sending it to a third party – Kangaroo will provide the best after sales service around! More Information?
