* conditions for tent price guarantee - We encourage our customers to shop around for tent prices.  We always try to be competitive and offer great deals.  After all, we are Tent City, the tent experts.  Sometimes for various reasons there are price variations across the market.  eg. On occasions old models or slightly different models may be priced cheaper than the new upgraded models, a store may have old stock they wish to clear, or demo stock may be priced to clear.  Therefore the following conditions must apply to this guarantee.

 The tent in question must be the current model (rather than last seasons model) with exactly the same features, must be brand new (not a cheaper price because it is an ex demo model) and must be in stock with a retail shop outlet (rather than being ordered in especially).  We reserve the right to obtain proof of the advertised price in any way that we deem appropriate before honouring this guarantee.  The price guarantee does not apply if the competitor is an online retailer without a physical store.  Price matching must also include the cost of freight applied to the item to get the item from the competitor to the customer.
